Sigma Thermal designs, engineers, supplies, and services process heating systems for multiple industries. Our products include thermal oil and thermal fluid heating systems, indirect process bath heaters, electric process heaters, biomass-fired energy systems, direct fired process heaters, system automation, parts, retrofits/upgrades, and support services.
Our staff is comprised of dedicated and experienced industry veterans who will learn about your application to provide solutions specific to your project needs. Whether you need a standard packaged heater, a highly engineered process heating system, a tune-up of your current system, or servicing for another brand of heater, our Engineers and Technicians have the knowledge and experience to make your project a success.
Sigma Thermal is founded on the belief that exceptionally deep engineering knowledge, applied practical field experience, and real customer service are the keys to successful system design and project execution. These principles form the underlying framework for our company, and they are tightly held by all Sigma Thermal employees today.

North and South America
Our 10-acre corporate campus, supporting both North and South America clientele, is located on Deen Road in Marietta, Georgia, USA. Within the campus, approximately 15,000 square feet of work and design space is appropriated for Sigma Thermal’s engineering offices. We also maintain a 40,000 square foot fabrication facility that includes a 36’ under hook, 50 tons of lifting capacity in bay #1 and 60 tons of capacity in bay #2. In addition, we have 40,000 square feet of outdoor work area, laydown area, and storage space. Also included on our campus are a 5,000 square foot warehouse and a 1,500 square foot UL Listed Panel Shop.

Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia–Pacific
Sigma Thermal has an office in Dubai to better serve the eastern hemisphere. From this location (as Sigma Thermal Middle East), we’re able to provide clients with regional support for project management, engineering, field service, and manufacturing across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Pacific, and everywhere in between. Our expansive facility contains engineering offices and warehouse space.

MANUFACTURING
Operating as Sigma Manufacturing, we’re also capable of assembling a wide variety of fabricated equipment and skid packages. Operating from an ASME U, S, and R–certified and AWS D1.1–compliant facility, we specialize in all the manner of process equipment fabrication, from routine to complex, under one roof.
Our 40,000-square-foot facility includes a 36’ under hook, 50 tons of lifting capacity in bay #1, and 60 tons of lifting capacity in bay #2, giving us the resources to build all the manner of process heating components. Some of our products include:
